With a leatherworking journey spanning over twenty years, Yone is world-renowned for his innovative, lifelike sculptures and fine craftsmanship. A firm believer that handmade is better, Yone spends countless hours of effort and thought executing flawless designs. Despite his individual acclaim, he attributes his success to the master artisans he has studied under.

Now specializing in Japanese, American, and European leatherwork, Yone is a proud member of the Portland Leather Guild and Lone Star Leatherguild and lives with his family in Beaverton, Oregon.

Avoid setting leather in direct sunlight or soaking it in liquids. Discoloration and bleaching from the sun may occur, while liquids can result in staining, discoloration, and cracking on the surface of the piece.

For general care, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt, and condition the piece regularly.

To condition, apply a small amount of leather conditioner to a lint-free cloth and gently rub it into the leather in a thin, even coat. Let it dry for at least two hours or overnight. Then, buff off any excess.

Leather creams are suitable for aniline leathers, while natural oils like lanolin and neatsfoot can soften leather. Waxes provide more waterproofing.

If the leather gets wet, immediately blot it gently with a clean, dry cloth and let it air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.

Returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days of receipt or delivery. All valid returns must be in unused condition with attached tags and original packaging.

For online orders, Storied Objects will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid return authorization number. Upon inspection of the returned item, store credit will be provided minus a 10% restocking fee; no refunds.
