Tea, much like coffee, has a shelf life and is sensitive to light, heat, moisture, and air. Please always refer to the producer's individual instructions for product storage and care.

Keep your teas stored in a cool, climate-controlled location and within an airtight, light-proof container.

Store unopened bags or tins (especially Shincha, Matcha, or delicate green teas) in the fridge to prolong their shelf life. Always bring the tea back to room temperature before opening to avoid getting condensation on the tea.

Returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days of receipt or delivery. All valid returns must be in unused condition with attached tags and original packaging.

For online orders, Storied Objects will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid return authorization number. Upon inspection of the returned item, store credit will be provided minus a 10% restocking fee; no refunds.
